Tijdens de eerste fase van de werkzaamheden werden verschillende lagen dakvilt en polystyreenplaten verwijderd. Vervolgens werden de polystyreenpanelen die aan beide zijden bedekt waren met asbest verwijderd.

Insgesamt wurden 23,5 Tonnen Polyurea auf eine Dachfläche von 11 000 m² aufgespritzt.
